These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in Heather's Heroes products, education, and services (the "Offerings"). The Course is provided by Heather's Heroes, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing and using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any documents incorporated by reference. Please carefully read these Terms before using the Course. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Course.

The Course is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By enrolling in the Course, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract with the Company and meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to access or use the Course. Additionally, accepting these Terms is a condition for participating in the Course.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Accessing the Heather's Heroes Certified Trainer Program and Account Security

We retain the right to modify or discontinue the Heather's Heroes Certified Trainer Program and any associated Offerings or materials provided through the program at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We shall not be held liable if, for any reason, the Program or any part of it becomes unavailable at any time or for any duration. Periodically, access to specific sections or the entirety of the Program may be restricted, including for registered users.

To enter the Heather's Heroes Certified Trainer Program or utilize its resources, you may be required to furnish specific registration details or other relevant information. It is a prerequisite for your engagement with the Program and any downloaded resources that all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. You acknowledge that the information you supply for Program registration or through interactive features on the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, and you consent to our actions regarding your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

If a username, password, or any other information is assigned to you as part of the Program's security measures, you must handle this information with confidentiality and refrain from disclosing it to any third party. Your account is personal, and you agree not to grant access to the Heather's Heroes Certified Trainer Program or any of its sections using your username, password, or other security details. You commit to promptly inform us of any unauthorized use of your username or password or any security breach. Additionally, you agree to log out of your account after each session and exercise caution when accessing your account from shared or public computers to prevent unauthorized access or observation of your password and personal details.

The Company is not obligated to monitor the Communication Offerings but reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and remove any materials at its sole discretion. The Company may terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Offerings at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

The Company retains the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post, or remove any information or materials, wholly or partially, at the Company’s sole discretion.

Materials Provided to Program

Heather's Heroes Offerings does not assert ownership over the materials you contribute to the program, including feedback and suggestions, or post, upload, input, or submit to any part of the program or our associated offerings (collectively referred to as "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission, you grant the Company, our affiliated companies, and necessary sub-licensees permission to utilize your Submission in connection with the operation of their internet businesses. This includes, but is not limited to, the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission. This includes, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input, or submit the Submissions.

Heather's Heroes Offerings may include links to other offerings ("Linked Offerings"). These Linked Sfferings are beyond the control of the Company, and the Company assumes no responsibility for the content of any Linked Service, including any links within a Linked Service or any modifications or updates to a Linked Service. Unless otherwise specified, you acknowledge and agree that you do not possess the right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or exploit any of the templates and/or forms in any manner. This exclusion applies except for modifications required for completing the templates and/or forms for your authorized use.

Use of Paid Courses, Programs, and Associated Material for Heather's Heroes Offerings

Heather's Heroes Offerings may offer various courses, programs, and associated material for purchase. The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to utilize our courses, programs, and associated material (referred to as the "Programs") for your personal or internal business use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you acknowledge and agree that you do not have the right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or exploit any of the Programs in any manner.

When you purchase or participate in Programs, you acknowledge that the Programs you acquire or download are for your personal or business use only and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.

By purchasing or participating in Programs, you further agree not to create any derivative works based upon the Programs, and you shall refrain from offering any competing products or offerings based on any information contained in the Programs.

The Company may provide various resources on this Program, which users may access by providing an email address. The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our resources provided in exchange for an email address (the “Free Resources”) for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance, or in any way exploit any of the Free Resources in any manner.

By downloading the Free Resources, you agree that the Free Resources you download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company.

By downloading the Free Resources, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Free Resources and you shall not offer any competing products or offerings based upon any information contained in the Free Resources.
